Hi, I’m Shane. It’s simple: physical fitness and exercise saved my life. Dramatic sounding, I know, but it really is true. Whether is was pole dancing, long distance running, or aerial performance, I couldn’t deny the benefits I experienced in my quality of life, through training. I went to George Brown College and graduated in April 2017 with a diploma in Fitness & Health Promotions. I am a CFES CertifiedPersonal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. It’s become my passion to help others find ways to reach their fitness goals and also feel the incredible benefits of being active!
